I use a variety of methods - we will assess together which ones to use as the support progresses.

Dynamic Sophrology®

Dynamic Sophrology® is a psycho-corporal training method which helps to develop an awareness of our personal resources, thanks to simple exercises which are accessible to everyone. It is developed in several stages, the first of which involves connecting with the body, learning to refocus and relax. Then comes the time to work on rekindling motivation and the zest for life. This is done by connecting with emotions and taming our ability to project ourselves into the future. Then comes the development of creativity and memory, to finish with learning to transcend one's experiences and give them meaning.

It integrates notions of energy into traditional sophrology to make it more effective and better adapted to the harmonisation needs of individuals.

What is the purpose of Dynamic Sophrology®?

  • To re-establish a balance between our body and our mind
  • Manage stress
  • Manage/Understand our emotions
  • Concentrate
  • Better our outlook on life
  • Preparing for an important event
  • Surpassing ourselves
  • Improve our sleep...

Relaxotherapy®

The Relaxotherapy® body-mediation technique comprises 4 distinct stages:

a) Grounding the body, by passively encouraging the body to mobilise and demobilise its structure and attachments. The person learns to 'lay down' and no longer function as a whole. This enables them to relax in depth and break free from the control habits that lead to rigidity and contractions;

b) The release of different types of tension (muscular, nervous, psycho-emotional) by working on the bone structure, muscles and neuromuscular junctions. We become aware of the different components of the body and the energies that underlie them. This stage involves stretching, micromovements and pressure paths designed to release painful, nervous and emotional tensions accumulated throughout the body; physical and breathing exercises complete this stage - the person can thus take ownership of these movements which relieve them;

c) The link will be made between the impact of stress and its resonance in the body, or between emotions and their traces in the psyche, by working on sensory-motricity or sensitivo-emotivity, the unconscious roots of affects.

d) Modification of the perception of time or gravity that is truncated by stress. The problem of stress often crystallises around impressions of time running out of control or feelings of being crushed and trapped in life situations. We work to modify these feelings and, in so doing, change the basis of the chain of emotions, ideas and behaviours they give rise to.

Follow-up. Finally, if the person so wishes, we offer advice and follow-up tailored to their needs in terms of general health, lifestyle and/or diet.

How can Relaxotherapy® help you?

It's a body-mediation technique, in other words it's a precise set of movements that helps, relieves, improves and supports when stress overwhelms and affects the physical and mental well-being. The practitioner 'speaks' to the body to address emotional disturbances and symptoms of stress or anxiety. The technique relieves so-called civilisation disorders: anxiety, hyper-excitability and hyper-emotionality, emotional difficulties, functional disorders, somatisation and depressive states, as well as the effects of post-traumatic stress and burnout.

This is an individual technique which lasts a short time depending on the request and the type of problem, generally between 3 and 10 sessions. To practice, you will be asked to wear flexible clothing to facilitate body movements and to space out your last meal by at least an hour.

Chi Nei Tsang massage

Chi nei tsang is a visceral massage. The expression means 'to work the internal organs'. It is a branch of chi kung (or qi gong), a form of gymnastics as old as traditional Chinese medicine. It integrates physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects. It goes to the source of health problems, including psychosomatic responses.

More specifically, it involves getting the internal organs to work more efficiently, as well as all the body's vital systems, by relaxing and stimulating them directly. All the major systems are found in the abdomen: digestive, respiratory, cardiovascular, lymphatic, nervous, endocrine, urinary, reproductive, abdominal muscles and an important part of the acupuncture meridian system.

Emotional charges are also approached in this way and gradually digested and evacuated.

This is a very complete and particularly powerful tool, the primary aim of which is to restore the belly of the child we once had: round, happy and free of tension.

Reiki Usui

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique developed in the 19th century by Dr Mikao Usui, supplemented by the contributions of early initiates. It is both a relaxation technique and a gentle therapeutic practice.

Reiki refers to universal energy, the vital life force. Also known as KI, this energy has taken on different names in different countries, cultures, religions and traditions. In Chinese, it is called Chi. Light for Christians, Prana for Hindus, Bioenergy for scientists.

It is practised by laying on hands, as is the case with magnetism, of which it is a cousin.

The benefits of a session

  • Relaxation
  • Letting go
  • Dissolution of energy blockages
  • Strengthening of the immune system
  • Acceleration of the healing process
  • Pain relief
  • Better grounding

Access Bars ®

Energetic work by touching 32 specific points on the head, facilitating greater openness to consciousness and a state of deep relaxation. By helping the body to free itself from cerebral electro-magnetic overload, the aim of Access Bars is to free ourselves from the polarity, conditioning and limitations of the thoughts, feelings and emotions that block us. In practice, stimulating the 32 points will bring about deep relaxation and relieve emotional tension.
